It was all the rage at the NARM this week in SF. That is a big retail convention and vinyl was on fire... The new SPIN has a story on it which features our own lovely Metallica reissues. Are you digging those? The reviews from fans has been over the top and caused us to bum a few folks out by not getting enough copies out. Who knew we would need 10,000+? 05.04.08R.E.M. "Accelerate" and The Black Keys "Attack & Release" both have bonus CDs of their full records with the vinyl.
I like the idea of including a CD better than a download. Then you can decide what type of file you want. May well do some DLs in the future but for now when we can, expect a CD.

I can't speak to the music, that is for you to decide on Tuesday but as for the process, well that was as close to making vinyl in the 50s as possible.
